spring

back from the pacific northwest and my first comicon ever in Seattle Washington. It was brilliant. After talking to working artists, and peering enviously through their sketchbooks ive realised ive been needing to keep my own. so theres a goal.

So have you tried the graphite powder yet? Can you recommend it?
I can't recomend any binders but I can tell you that the eye and bearded man I did were done in General's brand powdered charcoal. I'm fairly certain that they also make a graphite powder which I haven't tried unfortunately.
yea - i just ordered some generals graphite and charcoal - it seems they are the only company which makes a decent batch - also got some acrylic gel medium....worth an experiment anyway...
